Hello Kinki was the House appointment on Fridays in 2016: organized in the center of Bologna at one of the city’s historic venues, the Kinki Club. The innovative nature of this cycle of events has brought out the possibility of renovating the club environment through a video mapping installation in line with the creative and artistic vocation of the club.

For the installation we chose to work with a structure made up of pyramidal geometric modules, illuminated with a wide-angle video projector equipped with an integrated media player. This design solution was favored by the experiments that, during the summer of 2016, we conducted with the Video mapping software HeavyM. The installation was then illuminated with 3D video content, light effects and motion graphics.

With this installation we won the prize for the best video mapping made with HeavyM, of the Projection mapping contest, held by HeavyM itself in 2017.
